Abou "Nas" is our Barman,
Moussa "Suler" is one of our cook, he is helped by Tassya.
They will cook you traditional African meals that are simply unforgettable.
All their dishes are prepared with fresh local products mostly from the Island !
Although the meals are most often fish based, Suler and Tassya also cook delicious meats and roasted poultries.


The Villa Elijah offers its products of the sea to you on order :

- Grilled red Sea bream,
- Filet of Captain fish "à la braise",
- Burbot with local traditional sauce,
- Gambas cook at Plancha, Grilled squids,

- Oysters, Crabs and shellfish

and much more ... all accompanied by delicious traditional African sauces and plantins, french fries/chips, rice, or vegetables ... If seafood isn’t really your cup of tea we also have Chickens, Ducks, and another Goat or Goat kids...

The meals are from 3 to 6 euros €uro per dishes.
