The Pirogue (The long wooden Bark)

Our Pirogue is 12 meters 50 long and 2 meters 50 large.
Mohamed "Déco" Camara is our boat captain from Boulbinet port and he will take you to Room.
If Déco isn’t available from Boulbinet port, ask any other boat captain, they all know about Villa Elijah in the Island of Room !
They can all take you there and all of them also now about its owner Jeannot, the white guy who lives in the Islands !
Jeannot is also known as "Sosué Fikhé", the Pale Skin Sousou !!
The journey should cost you around 100 000 Guinean Francs (GF) depending on the local price of the petrol.
The cost of the petrol can often varies in Guinea !

Accomodations

Villa Elijah has 3 large and airy bedrooms to rent. Each bedroom has a double bunk bed. A bedroom can therefore accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
Which is ideal for a family or a group of friends.
The price of the bedroom is 10 euros daily per person.
The toilets and bathroom are indoors and the all house has tiled floors.

Food and Drinks

Abou "Nas" and Moussa "Suler" will welcome you in the villa.
They are available for your food and drinks orders.
The meals are prepared from natural only.
Local fresh fisheries, delicious grilled meat and poultries are also available.

Villa Elijah specialities are :

- Fresh Oysters and seafood (see the pictures).
- Fresh squids, sea bream, Goosefish, King Prawns and fillet of Capitaine fish.
- All our dishes are served with traditional African sauces, vegetables, plantin and chips.
- Local beers, juices and some good bottles of wine are available.
